DDR video production has begun.
This is the beginning.

Not bad is she? Obviously I need to put her in a plug suit which will involve some editing of the basic naked model and I need to tuck in her waist a little (for some reason when put in plug suits, girls get 6 inch waists).

The original plan was to do Radical Edward but I was able to adjust a pre-made model to get a pretty good asuka head, so I'll use her. I'm giving myself a month to finish the plugsuit and make the room. Then I can start developing the game graphics and start on the character animation.

You know, I think this might actually be possible.

Long time no see
Actually, it's been broken. Oh well :)

I'm going to use this blog for showing off things I'm doing in new videos - as I figured not many people read it so it wont spoil anything for them.

So anyway, without further ado - a sneek peak

My poor blog, how I have forsaken thee.

Oh well, I'm back now. What have I been doing? mmmm being a geek -.-;;;

Yeah, busy busy busy that's me, and I'm not even making videos at the moment. In the end I pretty much submitted everything except my first two videos to the AWA expo - I wonder what they'll play. Well, that's if they even get the package as I sent it only last week. It should be ok, I think.

Parentals are back from holiday, they seemed to enjoy it enough but I don't think I could stand another package holiday at a Med' resort. ugh. If I wanted to go to a place filled with english pubs showing premiership football I would go down the road.

I think I'm having strange dreams at the moment. I never remember dreams but I keep waking up disturbed. It's either nightmares or the giant totoro on my wall :)

under 4 weeks until AWA... that's actually very scary. I'm not prepared, physically, mentally or anything. It's going to be a bit of an overdose I think.

Oh yeah, as for Pro videos, when they are good they are very very good, when they are bad they are horrid! Good luck everyone :)

"Hidden from your view in the blue corner that/ I painted myself into."
bearable. there. happy Tim? ;p

OK, "new video" is not going to happen for AWA. I think I'm all edited out and I think that this video could do with more footage. So, I'm preparing my AWA Expo entries now. I think I'll throw in Shamless Rock Video, Gratuitous Porn Video, With One Accord in a Flash, Evangelion: After the End (picsub) and I might even touch up the bad frames in Instant Music Video and submit that too but that's last priority.

Anyway, enough of the AMVs, it's time for some music. Today I'm going to host an mp3 for my (few) blog readers. this is classic pop (very classic) done in a contemporary way. It's from the collaboration album between Burt Bacharach and Elvis Costello which is one of the most surprising albums from the end of the 90s - it's not cutting edge trendy but nobody writes pop music like this anymore and the album "Painted from memory" should be remembered as a classic, although I'm not sure it will as it wasn't bought by many. I picked the first track, well because it's a good indication of what the stuff's like. I was tempted to use one of the songs for Bebop but... well, it would be predictable Spike/Julia stuff so I'm not sure if I will.

Anyway enjoy the song: Elvis Costello and Burt Bacharach - In the Darkest Place

Life's a garden - dig it.
A friend of mine persuaded me to watch a movie called Joe Dirt... and you know, it wasn't bad at all. The story is a rags to less rags white trash fairytale and the humour was even bareable. It looked truly awful from the cover and the concept but it actually was a reasonably enjoyable movie.

I'm also 2/3rd of the way through the AKon 13 documentary and right about now I know that I'm going to have a scream at AWA. It's going to be great, if a little strange. The mindwarp and randomvariable guys seem like good fun so it should be cool. There's so many people I'm looking forward to meeting, 3 days hardly seems enough.

Ooooh starting a new video today I think. I hope I can get it done for the expo but I'm a little short on footage in a few places. Hmmm, we'll see. Should be damn funny though. I think this means I'll be sending a lot of stuff into the expo:

Shameless Rock Video
Gratuitous Porn Video :D
Evangelion Picsub

and this new video. Heck I might even throw in the turboneko video. That's a lot of stuff. Add that to my pro entry and my DDR video that makes like 7 videos potentially shown at AWA. Woah. Well, I never see my vids at contests so I might as well maximise my chances :)

Question: Is there an anime where someone gets dumped? The only one I can think of is Kodomo no Omocha. Answers on a postcard to.....
